Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened perfumes, unless the product arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it free of charge.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the return. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
